Delete Your Account
Request complete deletion of your account and all associated data.
What Gets Deleted
When you request account deletion, we will permanently remove:
- Your account information (email address)
- All voice session recordings and transcripts
- Emotional insights and session history
- Progress reports and analytics data
- Subscription and payment records
- All preferences and settings
Request Account Deletion
Warning: Account deletion is permanent and cannot be undone. All your data will be permanently removed within 30 days of your request.
Alternative: Delete from App
You can also delete your account directly from the TheraPreneur app:
- Open the app and go to Settings
- Scroll down to Account
- Tap Delete Account
- Confirm your decision
